Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I don’t want to create during my party and just rent the space? That is totally fine, but $300 is the starting price for a 3 hour time frame. **Each additional hour is $40.

What if I only have 5 artists to create during my small party? That is just fine also! We still require the minimum $300 price to be met for the party rental. (If you have more than 10 artists creating it is an additional $20 per person)

What if I am bringing a lot of decorations and need more set up time than 30 minutes? Great! Just let us know how much time you need and we can add $40 to you price for each additional hour. Make sure you stop by the studio if you haven’t been to see how festive the place already is! This is the perfect place for a party because it requires less work for you! But, you do you and just let us know!

How many tables do I need to bring cloths for? Most people use 5 tables to decorate with their cloths (plastic, dollars store cloths make fast clean up!) The other 5 we usually use for the art project and we will cover those with art cloths. We do not allow eating at the art cloth tables, but they can be removed if you need more space for eating once the art project is complete. (We have a total of 10 tables.)

If I don’t have time, can you provide decorations? If you want to add plastic table cloths or provide party supplies, it will be an additional cost. Although we have a few “happy birthday” banners that you can use FREE of charge! Just let us know if you want to borrow one!

Do I need to bring trashcans and cleaning supplies? No, we have a large 45gallon trash can and bags as well as a 15 gallon can. We will dispose of the filled bags for you. We have brooms and towels incase there is a mess. Please check for food on the floor and sweep up before you leave any major crumbly messes. If there are spills, please wipe those up as well.

How do I book my party? Please email (heather@welcometotheartroom.com) or call/text us (904-704-2365) with your date/time options as well as what age and how many will be creating with us. We will send you an invoice for partial payment ($120 deposit plus tax) to reserve your date/time.

How much does it cost per artist? Creating fee is to be paid the day before or day of event $180 for 10 Artists. Each additional artists may be added for $20 each to the final payment.

I have invited 16 people but only 14 people came to the party, how much do I owe? You only need to pay for the people that came. $180 is the minimum creating fee for 10. If less than 10 people come to the party, this will still be the cost of the creating fee. You only have to pay for each person additional that shows up. (4 extra people will be $80 added to the $180)
